Referral and Rewards Terms

HMU COLLECTIVE — REFERRAL AND REWARDS TERMS

These terms govern the HMU Collective referral programme and HMU Collective Rewards loyalty programme. By participating in either programme you agree to these terms.

    1.    ELIGIBILITY

The referral programme and HMU Collective Rewards are available to paying members only. You must have an active Founding 500 membership to participate.
 

    2.    HOW THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME WORKS

As a paying member you will have access to a unique referral link via the Refer Friends page. Share this link with other hair and makeup artists. When someone joins HMU Collective using your link and completes their membership purchase, they will receive a spot on the HMU Collective searchable directory and you will earn 10 HMU Collective Rewards points. Points are awarded only upon completed purchase. Clicking a referral link alone does not trigger a reward. The referred friend will receive a £5 discount coupon code to apply at checkout when they join HMU Collective. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

    3.    HMU COLLECTIVE REWARDS POINTS

Points accumulate in your account and can be tracked via your member account. Points do not expire. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

    4.    REWARD TIERS

When you reach a points threshold you will receive an automated email notifying you of your reward. Reward tiers are as follows:

 

Kit Starter: 40 points.

Kit Builder: 60 points.

Kit Pro: 100 points.

Kit Elite: 150 points.

Kit Icon: 250 points.

Specific products within each tier are at the discretion of HMU Collective and may vary. HMU Collective reserves the right to substitute a product of equivalent or greater value if a specific item becomes unavailable.

    5.    CLAIMING YOUR REWARD

To claim your reward you must submit your delivery address via the Claim Your Reward page within 30 days of receiving your reward notification email. Failure to claim within 30 days may result in the reward lapsing. HMU Collective will aim to dispatch rewards promptly but does not guarantee specific delivery timescales. Rewards are dispatched to UK addresses only.

    6.    CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME

HMU Collective reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the referral programme or rewards programme at any time. Existing earned points will be honoured where reasonably practicable.
